Before your call, we require you to some simple homework (30 minutes of goal setting) and text us confirmation, and if we don’t receive that, we will cancel your slot to open it up for another Incubator applicant.
On the Discovery call, the first thing we do is pray together to dedicate our time to the Lord and ask for His wisdom, and then we cover three things:
1. What are your goals and vision?
2. What are your questions?
3. What is our next step?
If we accept your application, we get started.
If not, we’ll politely provide you with some guidance and next steps.
If we get started, we go to work.
Step 1: Equip you with a few tools for your Mindset (1 to 2 days)
Step 2: Start your business (1 to 2 days)
Step 3: You work your business and Mindset (ongoing)
Step 4: Ask questions and receive Mentorship (ongoing)
Most people complete their first $5,000 transaction within 60 to 90 days.
(keep in mind the average transaction size is $5,000, so it only takes one)
Most people complete systematizing their business to do this one to two times each month ($10k /mo) predictably and consistently within an additional 30 days.
From the date they start with this Model, Mindset, and Mentoring, most people can have a business machine that consistently and dependably generates a minimum of $30,000 per month within six months or less.
At this point, you might be wondering what it costs.
That's a great question.
When I first got started in my business career, the one thing I wished for was a Mentor, but not just any Mentor. I wanted a Christian mentor that had a vested interest in my success.
In other words, I wanted a situation where when I made a lot of money, they made a little.
I felt like this would be a great way to keep the incentive pure.
I believed this way, I would always get quality directions and support.
It seemed to me that with this setup, when I called, they would answer since when I made money, they would make money too, but I couldn't find one.
I also liked this idea because it reduced my risk.
I also realized that this was how the Franchise business model worked. And why Franchised businesses have such a high success rate compared to "regular" businesses.
Instead of paying someone a huge chunk of money, $50k to $300k or more, upfront (like a franchise, coaching program, or some "course") and then "crossing my fingers" and hoping they would actually support me, it seemed like this would be a way to move some of the risks to the Mentor while at the same time giving them a small upside so they would stay incentivized to keep supporting me with their best.
Win-win.
And I was letting them put their time and money where their mouth was.
If their "thing" worked so well, why couldn't I pay them a smaller chunk upfront, say $5k or $10k, instead of $50k to $300k+ ... and then pay them from the proceeds when I worked it?
To my mind, this made a lot of sense.
I wasn't foolish or ignorant enough to think they would help me for free since that's not bible.
The bible says in 1 Tim 5:18: For the Scripture says, "You shall not muzzle the ox while it is treading out the grain [to keep it from eating]," and, "The worker is worthy of his wages [he deserves fair compensation]."
And I could see from their perspective them thinking: "Look, Paul, our system works, but do you?"
So it wouldn't be a win-win if the upside was only for me... what if I didn't work? How would they be compensated for their time and investment in me?
I saw how they must get paid some money up-front.
Otherwise, it wouldn't be a win-win.
So I was comfortable investing a decent chunk, say $5k, so they knew I was serious and committed but not interested in what the franchises were charging.. 50k to 100k or more just to get started.
Heck, where else could I find a Christian mentor willing to invest in my family and me and help us make $20k/mo, $50k/mo, or $200k/mo or more...
It was a no-brainer.
I was so sick and tired of big promises and under delivery.
Of another "shiny object," "magic button," or "get rich quick scheme."
Of starting something only to find out later, after I'd invested my time or money, I needed to pay more for the "rest of the story," or there was more to it than I was originally led to believe or the other "gotchas."
Of "Ascension ladders," where I had to pay $10-$15 for their "lead magnet," then I was up-sold to their "signature program" for $500, then up-sold to their "mentoring program" for $10k.
Hogwash.
Just get me from point A to point B in the most efficient manner possible.
Let's make it about results, not the volume of training materials!!
Anyway, it seemed that if my Mentor and I were, in essence, partners, that would resolve a lot of that nonsense.
Just give me a proven Model, support me, and let's make some money together.
To me, this was a win-win.
We couldn't find anything like this in the marketplace for Kingdom Minded Christians, so we built one.
A Christian Business Startup Incubator.
The Incubator is not some course or some program or some coaching or some mastermind.
I've observed that those types of coaching programs don't work as well as the end-users hoped for since there is no ongoing incentive for the "guru" to actually help their customers get results.
So if you're looking for just an information program, you're going to have to go elsewhere.
The Incubator is not something you have to pay a huge chunk of money, like the franchises, $50k to $200k, upfront, to some dude or dudette, and hope you're making the right decision.
Yes, of course, there is an investment of funds required to start your business (to prove that you're serious and a good investment of our precious and limited time and to fund your marketing).
Any legitimate business will require some investment, whether in technology, training, or marketing budget.
We know the system works, the variable is you.
Do you work?
If you do "work," this doesn't cost you a dime since your business is producing a positive return on investment.
This is a Christian Business Incubator.
We set up strategic partnerships where, when you make money, we do too.
And you make the lions share, and just a tiny little bit comes back to us as our compensation for the Model, Mindset, and Mentoring.
Alternatively, if you like the Model but don't want to partner, that is an option too, but your upfront investment is much much higher.
This profit-sharing Model keeps all of our interests in alignment since the Incubator makes money when you do.
And by the way, you wouldn't be an affiliate, contractor, or minion.
The Incubator teaches people how to start their own virtual businesses and be the head, not an underling.
The checks come to you.
I built what I wished I had over twenty years ago when I got started.
I built what I would want for my children.
We believe that with more Christian entrepreneurs generating a minimum of $50k per month, who have 100% control of their time, 100% control of what they focus on, and 100% control of their finances...
That together, we can make a big dent in God’s Kingdom.
We can fund the ministers or ministries, feed the kids, dig the wells, rescue the trafficked, and a whole lot more.
That’s our mission.
